Privacy Policy — Daily Tools: PDF & Image Kit
Daily Tools: PDF & Image Kit (“the App”, package com.ballapps.daily_tools) is a free Android
utility application published on Google Play by Rajendra Kumar kumawat
(“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the App does and does not do with your information.
In short: Daily Tools: PDF & Image Kit is offline-first. Your photos, videos, PDFs, documents, audio measurements and generated text never leave your device. We do not operate any server, we have no user accounts, and we cannot see anything you do in the App. The one exception is the advertising identifier used by Google AdMob to show ads, described in section 3.
1. Information we collect
We collect no personal information ourselves. The App has no sign-in, no account creation, no analytics SDK, and no crash-reporting SDK. We do not build a profile of you and we receive no data about your use of the App.

2. How your files are handled
Everything you open in the App is processed locally, using on-device libraries:
- Image tools — crop, resize, compress, convert, watermark, merge, filters and metadata reading all run on your device.
- PDF tools — merging, splitting, page management, conversion, encryption, bookmarks, scanning and viewing are performed entirely on your device.
- Text recognition (OCR) — uses Google ML Kit's on-device text recognition. Images and recognised text are not sent to Google or to us.
- Video watermark removal and image inpainting — run locally using OpenCV, FFmpeg and a local AI model (see section 5).
- Photo EXIF reader — if a photo you choose contains GPS coordinates recorded by your camera, the App displays them to you on screen. Those coordinates are read from your own file, are shown only to you, and are never stored or transmitted.
- Hash and password generators — computed locally; inputs and outputs are never transmitted.
Files you create with the App are written to the App's own storage on your device, and are removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data. If you choose to share a file, it is sent only to the app you pick in the Android share sheet.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows rewarded ads on a small number of screens, supplied by Google AdMob. To serve those ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares your device's advertising identifier and basic device information with Google and its advertising partners. This is the only data collection that takes place in the App.
- If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the App shows a Google-certified consent dialog before ads are initialised, and ads are only requested once you have made a choice.
- You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the privacy options entry provided in the App.
- You can reset or delete your advertising identifier in Android under Settings → Google → Ads.
Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the AdMob policies.
4. Permissions and why they are needed

You can revoke any permission in Android under Settings → Apps → Daily Tools: PDF & Image Kit → Permissions. Tools that need a revoked permission will simply tell you so.
5. Network connections
The App connects to the internet in exactly three situations, all over HTTPS:

Where the AR distance tool is available, it uses Google Play Services for AR, which is a Google system component governed by Google's own privacy policy.
6. Children's privacy
Daily Tools: PDF & Image Kit is a general-purpose utility app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because the App collects no personal information at all, no such data can be held about a child.
7. Data retention and deletion
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Data stored on your device — your theme preference, cached exchange rates, any PIN you set for the PDF locker (stored only as a salted hash, never as the PIN itself), and files you have created — can be removed at any time through Settings → Apps → Daily Tools: PDF & Image Kit → Storage → Clear data, or by uninstalling the App. To remove advertising data held by Google, use the Android advertising ID controls described in section 3.
8. Security
All network requests use encrypted HTTPS connections. Because your files never leave your device, they are protected by Android's own application sandbox and by any device encryption you have enabled.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will also be noted in the App's Play Store release notes.
