Rajendra Kumar Kumawat ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Premium Tattoo mobile application. This app is designed to be a curated library of original tattoo designs. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Data Collection and Use

Premium Tattoo is built with a "no-account" philosophy. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. There is no sign-in process.

Information Collected for Advertising:

Advertising Identifier: Because our app is supported by advertisements, we use the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) SDK. AdMob collects a unique advertising identifier from your device (such as the Android Advertising ID) to serve ads, prevent fraud, and provide aggregated reporting.

2. Data Storage and Deletion

All your app-related data—including favorites, unlocked designs, and download history—is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain any server-side storage for user data.

Data Deletion: You can delete all data associated with the app by simply uninstalling the application from your device. As there is no data stored on our servers, this action permanently removes all your local records.
Encryption: Any data transmitted to third-party ad providers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols.

3. How to Reset Your Advertising ID

You have control over your advertising identifier. You can reset it or opt-out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings:

Open Settings > Google > Ads.
Tap Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app uses Google AdMob to serve ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video). You can review Google's Privacy Policy here: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Children's Privacy

Our app is rated Teen / PEGI 12. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

6. Permissions

The app requests specific permissions to function:

Internet & Network State: To refresh the design catalog and fetch ads.
AD_ID: Required for ad functionality on modern Android versions.
Storage: On older devices (API 28 and below), we request permission to save designs to your gallery. On newer devices, no permission is required for this action.
